Before service starts

If a paid service has not started, a refund may be available depending on payment processing status and the purchased service.

After service starts

Once checklist work, account guidance, document review, or custom preparation begins, refunds may be limited because service time has already been used.

No outcome guarantee

Immizy fees pay for guidance and preparation support. They do not guarantee immigration approval, invitation, processing speed, or government decisions.

Are government fees refundable?

Government or third-party fees are controlled by the provider that charged them, not Immizy.

How do I request a refund?

Email immizy@immizy.com and include the receipt email, plan purchased, payment date, and reason for the request.

Does a refusal create an automatic refund?

No. Immigration decisions are made by official authorities and are not guaranteed by Immizy.
